I accidentally gave my cow Celsius. Field reliability notes?

I know. I KNOW.

Left a Celsius on the south gate post while I was fixing the latch because I am apparently the kind of person who creates forum evidence by being stupid. Maribel got to it before I did. Half the can gone. Arctic vibe flavor, if the archive needs to humiliate me specifically.

About two hours later she walked into the stock pond up to the knees and stood there staring across it like she had a meeting. Calm. Focused. Left on her own after maybe four minutes, went back to grass, stole one glove. I did not train a beverage-powered pond cow, before ManateeDan logs in.

Form people: field condition, behavior note, or shame archive?

edit: she is fine. Vet cousin says the worse crime is me drinking that flavor. rude but fair.

Log it under field conditions AND behavior. The observation survives. The timeline now contains a very strange sentence and, yes, I want that sentence preserved. sorry about your cow's gamer phase.

Please add exact flavor to field conditions. I am not joking. If this becomes a pattern, future readers will want the cursed detail.

The phrase 'self-extracted' is doing heroic work here. Your cow had an evening and apparently so did you.

Flavor was arctic vibe. I am typing that with shame. The can is now in a zip bag because apparently my morning has evidence now.

Thank you for bagging the can, which is a sentence I did not expect to type before breakfast.

Write down temperature, shade, and whether the pond was already part of her routine. The drink is funny, but the baseline matters more.

Vet cousin is right about the flavor. Sorry. Also please name the cow so I can stop calling her The Witness.

Her name is Maribel and she has no prior pond routine beyond normal drinking. She does like stealing gloves, if that matters to her criminal profile.

Glove theft goes under temperament, not field condition. This board is ridiculous but we are not lawless.

Maribel entered water, self-extracted, stole gloves, and chose arctic vibe. honestly stronger character arc than most documentaries.

Do not give animals energy drinks for science. Nobody has suggested it yet but I can feel the post forming somewhere.

A cow standing knee-deep after caffeine exposure could still be heat management. Not everything with a weird preface becomes a route case.

flat water carries too much

True, but the fixed stare across the pond is what makes people perk up. We should not overread it, just don't throw it away either.

context supports. it does not drive.

I am choosing to believe Maribel wanted cold ankles and drama. Keep notes if she does it again. Also stop leaving cans where criminals can reach them.

Understood. I am keeping notes and moving cans indoors like a responsible adult who learned one lesson very loudly.

Finally, a worse submission preface than mine. I feel free. I feel young. I feel like Maribel should not be near vending machines.

still not canon, apparently

Do not call it caffeine cow literature. I can feel Google indexing that and I hate us.

serious reply for one post, unfortunately.

the can matters as field context, not cause. if maribel already uses the pond, the drink is a funny preface and maybe a reliability note. if she never uses the pond, then it becomes a timeline detail worth preserving, but still not proof that caffeine created water behavior. that is how people accidentally build a big story out of one dumb morning.

write down normal routine, temperature, how full the pond was, shade, whether other cows were near the bank, and whether she repeats the behavior later without the drink involved. if she does it again, the thread gets more useful. if she doesn't, this stays a dumb fence-post story.

also please keep the can photo boring. no dramatic lighting.
