Status labels got cleaned up this morning.

Main change: misclassified files may stay public when they explain a boundary. That does not mean the report was good, or that the witness was bad. It means the file is useful to future readers.

If your case changed label and you want to appeal, use the thread. Do not start a second one with the same photos.

Misclassified is not a dunce cap. Sometimes the file did its job by showing exactly where the line is.

Appeals in the thread is good. Appeals by opening 'mods explain??' in General should be fed to the attachment limit.
