Follow-up from the reservoir clerk thread, sorry if this is the wrong place but the old thread is a mess.
I got a second witness note from the maintenance path side. Same two animals, same shelf, same six-ish minute window. They both say the cows moved parallel to the waterline instead of just crossing it.
No new photos, unfortunatly. But the duration note is stronger now and the second witness describes the return path back to grass.
Posting here because the case file still says under review and I do not want the update buried in PMs again.
